Annapurna (8091 m asl) – the tenth highest peak of land, located in the Himalayas of Nepal. Annapurna belongs to the low eight-thousanders, but is known to the mountains very difficult and dangerous. King stood on the top of Annapurna 27 April 2010. She climbed on his northern wall.
Annapurna massif is very extensive. The first ascent took place in 1950; peak after heavy fighting reached the French. Although this is the first eight-thousander conquered by man, by 2005, only 103 were registered to enter the root node. Until now, the main apex Annapurna stood 10 people from the Polish.
